EarlyMarket Sale Terms – MyPlasm PRO Controller

1. EarlyMarket Offer Overview

EarlyMarket is an early sale program under which the first, limited production batch of the MyPlasm PRO controller is offered on special terms:

• Limited production run,
• Price: 50% of the standard system price,
• Extended return and support conditions.

The offer is intended for users who want to be among the first to use the system and who understand that the software is in an intensive development phase.

2. Hardware Status – MyPlasm PRO Controller

The MyPlasm PRO controller supplied under the EarlyMarket program is:

• a fully professional device,
• built using high-quality components,
• designed with a large performance margin,
• thoroughly tested before being released for sale.

We do not expect any need to replace the controller with higher-class hardware for the final professional system version. However, if such a need arises in the future, the hardware will be replaced at the manufacturer’s expense.

3. Software Status – BASIC Version and Upgrade to PRO

Within the EarlyMarket program, the user receives the complete MyPlasm PRO system, including:

• Professional MyPlasm PRO Limited Edition controller,
• APP – CNC control software, BASIC version,
• CAM – CAM software, BASIC version,
• CAD – CAD software, BASIC version.

The BASIC version of the software is fully usable for core functionality and will be continuously developed towards the full PRO version, according to the development roadmap (presented later in this document).

The manufacturer reserves the right to:

• change the order and priority of individual features,
• add new high-priority functions,
• adjust the roadmap primarily based on actual user needs and feedback.

4. Updates and Upgrade to PRO

All users who purchase the MyPlasm PRO system in the BASIC version under the EarlyMarket program:

• will receive all updates to the PRO version free of charge,
• can expect new functions to be released progressively according to the development roadmap.

5. Hardware and Future PRO Versions

The controller has been designed with a significant performance reserve and using top-class components. For the planned professional PRO version of the system:

• the manufacturer does not anticipate that a hardware replacement will be required,
• if such a requirement arises, the controller will be replaced at the manufacturer’s cost.

6. Return Policy in the EarlyMarket Program

For the EarlyMarket version, the return period is extended:

• the standard 14-day withdrawal period is extended to 30 days,
• the product may be returned without giving any reason,
• other return conditions are governed by the manufacturer’s general sales terms.

7. Risk Awareness – New Product on the Market

Although the controller and system have been thoroughly tested, the user must be aware that:

• this is a very new product on the market,
• some hidden software defects (bugs) that did not appear during testing may still occur,
• the manufacturer commits to removing all reported issues as quickly as possible.

Until the full stability of all key functions is officially confirmed, we do not recommend installing the controller in critical production machines, where any downtime could result in significant losses.

8. Technical Support and Customer Care

The DeepPrecision team will make every effort to ensure that each user is fully satisfied with the MyPlasm PRO system. This is our top priority.

Within the EarlyMarket program:

• we provide individual technical support in case of problems,
• we are open to user suggestions regarding new features,
• user feedback has a direct impact on the priorities of future development.

9. Promotional Price and Limited Availability
